By accessing or using Menuy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Menuy ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

Menuy is a cloud-based digital menu platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and share digital menus via QR codes and web links. The Service includes menu creation tools, template customization, QR code generation, analytics dashboards, team management, and online ordering capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu items, photos, descriptions, and business information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Resell the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Menuy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may export your data before termination through the dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menuy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
